Heat Recovery Steam Generator

• Designed heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) structures and stack based on client specifications
• Designed platforms and cage ladders that attached to structures
• Provided foundation loads and structural calculations

Filter Press Plant

• Designed building (80ft long x 29ft wide x 30ft tall) using regular steel frame structures with one hoist beam at center of building
• Designed concrete foundations for tanks, concrete structure, pipe rack, and foundation for one conveyor
• Provided Building Information Modeling (BIM) model and shop drawings for building structure, platforms, and filter press floor steel

Sand Classification & Wash Facility

• Designed sand classification and wash facility building (60ft-9in tall x 64ft long x 27ft wide)
